Shri R. Vijaya Bhaskara Rao comes from an agrarian family and has built an accomplished career through a diverse professional journey. After completing his technical education, he entered the marine shipping industry at the entry level, ultimately rising to the rank of Chief Engineer in the private sector. His 15-year tenure in the marine industry included a four-year engagement with Vizag Sea Port Ltd. At Visakhapatnam Port Trust, where he gained substantial international exposure and expertise by working in various countries.
Following his career in marine engineering, Shri Rao transitioned to entrepreneurship, establishing a business focused on producing and supplying high-quality building materials to well-known builders across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Orissa. He owns extensive stone-crushing units, supplying essential stone aggregates used in construction. Shri Rao is a registered vendor under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and a member of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), and he has been actively involved in the construction industry since 2018.
His expansive network of connections with builders and industry professionals, coupled with years of expertise in material supply and construction, inspired him to enter the furniture manufacturing industry. Shri Rao recognizes the sector's immense growth potential, especially given the projected expansion of the housing and industrial sectors in India and abroad. His established relationships with local carpenters and woodworking technicians provide a strong foundation for sourcing both skilled labor and raw materials, enabling efficient operations and competitive pricing.
